Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of product quality.

Perishable Items: Due to the food and perishable nature of bottled fruits, dehydrated goods, and spices, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives broken, leaking, or damaged, please take a photograph and contact us at sales@ceylonsunshine.com.au within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a refund or replacement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceylon Sunshine shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or consumption of products, unless caused by our breach of statutory consumer guarantees.
