Where do your products come from?
Every item we sell is grown and harvested in Sri Lanka. We source directly from local organic farms to bring you authentic island flavors.
Are your products certified organic?
Yes. Our farmers use sustainable, chemical-free practices. This ensures our bottled fruits, dehydrated items, and spices are completely natural and certified organic.
Do you use artificial preservatives or added sugars?
No. Our dehydrated fruits are 100% fruit with zero added sugar. Our bottled tropical fruits are preserved using natural juices and traditional pasteurization methods.
How should I store the bottled fruits?
Store unopened bottles in a cool, dark pantry. Once opened, keep them refrigerated and consume them within 3 to 5 days.

How much does shipping cost within Australia?

Orders over $50: Free standard shipping nationwide.

Orders under $50: A flat rate standard shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
We dispatch all orders from our warehouse in Blacktown, NSW.

Sydney Metro: 1–3 business days.

Other Major Capital Cities: 3–6 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Australia.
🛒 Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure PayPal transactions.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We pack orders quickly. Please email us at sales@ceylonsunshine.com.au within 2 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to modify it before it leaves our warehouse.
🍎 Returns & Quality Guarantees
What is your return policy?
Because we sell food products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, your purchase is fully covered under Australian Consumer Law if there is a defect.
What should I do if my bottle arrives damaged or leaking?
Don't worry, we will fix it. Take a photo of the damaged packaging immediately and email it to sales@ceylonsunshine.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund right away.
